“Smith Mountain Morning” measuring 90″ x 90″ from the “Scraps & Shirtails II” pattern book by Bonnie K. Hunter. Another one of my favourite quilts. My aim when selecting the fabric was to go with blue and red without it looking “too American”. It took a turn towards maroon/purple, but I love it anyway. Still on my list is to make a blue/red quilt. Typically this quilt is on the bed early early Spring!
